Sandhurst Fine Furniture offer a first class Delivery & Installation service. All items being delivered are unwrapped, assembled and placed into your room, the packaging is then removed from the premises. To arrange a delivery date please contact our Administration team on 08 83958611 and quote your Sales Order number printed on the top of your Sales Order.

Dedication to quality, together with factors beyond our direct control, may sometimes result in unavoidable delivery delays. Please note that all booking dates are TENTATIVE only and are NOT GUARANTEED

Delivery of Goods

It is important to ensure someone is home to accept delivery on the arranged day. Unfortunatly due to unforseen circumstances specific times can not be arranged. A four hour time frame can be advised on the day of delivery but cannot be guaranteed.

All Sales Orders need to be paid in full by mid day the day prior to delivery. Payment can be made by Cash or Credit card, bank, company or personal cheques require 4 business days for clearance. If you are paying final balance by cheque please ensure that Sandhurst Fine Furniture receive this 4 business days prior to when the delivery is scheduled.

Please notify Inside Furnutre in advance of difficult delivery access, including staircases, narrow passages or areas of awkward access that may restrict, delay or prevent delivery as this will inccur additional costs. All delivery charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser, including and additional costs inccurred as the result of difficulties with access.

Once arrangement for a delivery day has been confirmed, there will be a minimum re-delivery charge of $100 (metropolitan areas only) if no person is at the delivery address on the day of the delivery or the delivery is cancelled by the customer on day of delivery.

In the event of a re-delivery due to reasons above a minimum amount of $200 is payable: $100 for the initial delivery plus $100 for the re-delivery (2 X delivery fees) (metropolitan areas only) out of area will incur higher redelivery fees.

When receiving goods, please inspect thoroughly before signing 'Received in good order' as any claims for scratches, marks, dents or other damages will not be accepted once signed.

Goods not collected or able to be delivered within 14 days will incur a weekly storage fee.

Failure to collect or take delivery of the goods beyond 60 days from the date of contact by our despatch department will result in the sales order being cancelled and all monies paid will be forfeited.
